Carnival of Souls (Herk Harvey, 1962) 5/5
This might actually be my favorite horror film of all time. I was surprised to learn that this was actually an independent film from Lawrence Kansas, of all places, and made on a low budget and a very small crew. This piece of information made me love this film even more. Though I was quite saddened to find out that this was Harvey’s only feature film as I was looking forward to see more of his works.
